A reamer that suits ordinary soil will not suit hard ground, and the wrong one costs you a pass. KISN supplies four structural types so the tool can be matched to what the bore actually crosses.
Extrusion Reamer
High-quality steel for ordinary soil layers. Low working resistance and good hole-forming performance.
Flow-Channel Reamer
One-piece cast body with thick walls, for hard soil layers. High wear resistance and long service life.
Cutting Reamer
Strong passability, for clay and backfill layers. Fast operation.
Shield Reamer
For shield tunnelling conditions, customised per project.

Tell us the soil condition and the reaming diameter and we will recommend the type. Where a job crosses more than one formation, customers often order two types and change over mid-bore.
