Get a QuoteProduct Details
KISN foundation drill pipe is built for anchor and foundation work in diameters from 73 mm to 114 mm, matched to the major domestic and international foundation rig brands so the thread and the tool joint fit the rig rather than the other way round. Effective length, wall thickness, internal diameter, weight and wrench flat are listed for each component on this page.
Material from Large Mills
The pipe is drawn from premium alloy material produced by large steel mills. Consistent input is what makes consistent output possible — heat treatment can only work with the steel it is given.
In-House Quenching and Tempering
KISN runs its own heat-treatment furnaces with a dedicated quenching and tempering process, rather than sending pipe out. That keeps the process under our own control and is the reason properties can be held repeatably across a batch.
Machining and Thread Wear
Threads are machined on high-precision CNC lathes. Where the string takes the most wear, nitrided accessories are used to raise thread wear resistance — threads are usually what wears a foundation string out, not the tube.
Where It Works
Anchor and foundation drilling, micropiles and ground anchoring in construction and infrastructure work.
Where It Ships
Supplied to foundation contractors in Africa, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

Frequently Asked Questions
What sizes are available?
73 mm, 76 mm, 89 mm and 114 mm. Max diameter, thread type, effective length, wall thickness, ID, weight and wrench flat are listed on this page.
Will it fit my foundation rig?
Pipe is built to the parameters of the major domestic and international foundation rig brands. Tell us your rig model and we will confirm.
Why does nitriding matter on the threads?
Threads are usually the first part of a foundation string to wear out. Nitrided accessories raise thread wear resistance, which extends the working life of the joint.
What is the minimum order and lead time?
Standard minimum order is 10 pieces, with a lead time of 10 days. Special specifications are made to order.
