What We Passed Down Wasn't Blueprints

Today, we must be honest: KISN may be the slowest drill pipe factory in the world.

01 — 反其道而行

While competitors chase less time, fewer workers, more machines — we do the opposite. At every critical step, we add 1 to 2 extra workers dedicated solely to manual inspection.

Because we do not believe cold machines can be infallible. Machines wear. Sensors drift. But a veteran craftsman with nearly 20 years of experience can feel burrs on threads invisible to the eye, can hear an abnormal hiss during quenching that no sensor detects. This intuition — machines can never learn.

Machines handle measurement. People handle judgment. What machines miss, people check again.

02 — 零失效

99.9%

Assembly lines pursue "pass rates." We pursue "zero failures." 99.9% may be an acceptable figure — but to the miner who gets that 0.1%, it is 100% catastrophe.

Every drill pipe we deliver carries the warmth of old workers' hands and the weight of their responsibility. From our workshop, straight to your rig.

For KISN, there must be zero surprises.
