Every drill pipe KISN makes — whether for water wells, mining, or DTH — comes from the same workshop, following the same rules.
All joints are friction-welded, then nitrided. Surface hardness is boosted by an order of magnitude. Wear resistance far exceeds standard joints. After every weld, the machine performs flaw detection, then a veteran craftsman does manual reinspection. The machine checks inside. The person checks the surface. Two gates — neither can replace the other.

For the pipe body, we use: DZ50, G105, R780, X95, CT950. Every batch of raw pipe undergoes rigorous heat treatment. Quenching and tempering temperatures and durations are adjusted per grade and per batch, ensuring consistent and stable mechanical properties. Nearly 20 years of field-proven performance: high toughness, superior fatigue resistance, no brittle fractures.
