Adapted to major domestic and international rig models such as Ditch Witch and Vermeer; threads and tool joints are built to original machine parameters for direct, ready-to-use installation.

A replacement pipe is only useful if it fits. KISN builds drill pipe to the original machine parameters of the major directional rigs, so the thread, the tool joint OD and the length all match what the rig was designed around — no adapters, no re-machining, no surprise at the jobsite. Sizes run from D7×11 class rigs up to D100×120.
Made to Original Parameters
Threads from #200 through #1000 are cut to match the rig's original connection, and tool joint outside diameters are held so the pipe passes through the same guides and wrenches. Each row in the table above is a confirmed rig-and-thread pairing.
Special Models
Rig models that are not listed can be produced from a sample or from your technical data. Send us the old pipe and we will match it.
Bend Radius and Inclination
The maximum bend angle follows from the length and the bend radius — a longer pipe of the same diameter reaches a larger angle. The table lists both, so you can plan the curve before the pipe arrives.
